My Coaching

My Personal Coaching Services

One of my favorite things is investing in leaders and seeing them become who it is God made them to be.  I love leaders! Because of this, I love coaching leaders, which can be defined as simply an ongoing, intentional conversation that helps you clarify and fulfill God’s calling on your life.  I love to see leaders move forward as they discover new truths within themselves through the coaching process.

How Does Coaching Work?

We will set up two meeting times per month via Skype or FaceTime. During these coaching appointments, we will spend 45 minutes together assessing where you are, where you need to go, and how to best get there. We can discuss a variety of topics, such as:

  • An area of needed personal development.
  • An action plan to initiate something new.
  • Overcoming a particular problem or challenge.
  • Developing a strategy to accomplish a particular goal.

It should be noted that coaching is not the same as training or mentoring, both of which have to do with imparting knowledge.  Rather, coaching is about drawing the answers out of your heart, your experience, and your context.  I have been amazed in coaching sessions, when through certain questions or discussion in the coaching, I realized God had already given me the answers, they just needed to be pulled out in a way I could articulate them.

How Much Does Coaching Cost?

Because I love leaders and love investing in people, I wish that I could provide coaching to everyone at no cost at all, but coaching requires a significant time investment on my part, and it’s a more successful process if it also involves an investment on your part. We can discuss the costs of coaching before proceeding.
