Why this site?

I am creating this blog as a resource for myself and for anyone else who happens to come across this site.  I have been in ministry for almost 20 years and during that time have had the opportunity to learn many things that have helped me simplify ministry without over-complicating life.  This blog is being put together as a reference of what I have learned and will be updated as I continue to add to my learning.
